This landlocked country in equatorial Africa won’t be on the must-go list of the average traveller. But don’t be put off by its location or history.<\/h5>\n

We discovered it to be a country with good infrastructure, a surprising variety of landscapes, friendly people, and accessible wildlife. Unlike neighbouring Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda, tourism has yet to make an impact here.
