Angkor Wat
The image that appears on a million Facebook posts is elusive in reality but a the whole temple complex is worthy of exploration.
The neighbouring city of Siem Reap is also worth an extended visit.

Koh Rong Sanloem
I spent two weeks of tireless research on this the Cambodian island. I discovered four quite different beaches all of which were worth a visit but only one of them got the Old School Travel gold medal.
